How does our Loyalty Scheme work?
It’s simple really. Earn a stamp with every ice cream purchased. Collect ten stamps to claim your reward of an ice cream of your choice.
Your loyalty card is your ticket to indulgence, so please keep it safe!

- Buy 10 ice creams to get 1 ice cream of your choice, free (it can be large or small, and in a cone or a tub). Offer valid at our tearoom with a fully Stamped loyalty card.
- You will earn one (1) Stamp for each Eligible Ice Cream purchased. To qualify, your purchased ice cream can be large or small, and in a cone or a tub.
- Stamps can only be earned in the tearoom at the point of purchase.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, and any accrued Stamps will not be reinstated.
- Rewards can be carried forward from one year to the next subject to our right to change or discontinue the scheme (see point 10).
- Bonus Stamps and special offers advertised on social media are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
- Stamps are personal to you and cannot be pooled with Stamps earned by another card holder and redeemed together.
- Stamps cannot be earned:
- on purchases of any items other than Eligible Ice Creams;
- on Eligible Ice Creams purchased using a Reward;
- when purchasing gift vouchers
- Stamps and Rewards have no cash value. Stamps and Rewards can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any Stamps obtained or used otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue this scheme at the start of each season, each year. We recommend that you sign-up to our seasonal newsletter to be kept up to date with and material changes, special offers and when our season starts and ends.
- If you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us, or if you supply false or misleading information to us, we may:
- forfeit all Stamps and/or Rewards accrued by you;
- suspend your right to collect Stamps and/or redeem Rewards;
- We may make minor changes to these Terms and Conditions from during the season. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you understand the up-to-date terms that apply in relation to the scheme.
- Our Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide us with personal information.
Terms and Conditions last updated 29th August, 2025, to confirm that stamps can be carried forward from one year to the next (subject to point 10). Terms are otherwise unchanged since the scheme launch in April 2024.
